Talk to a technician via chat or phone and we can examine your device remotely using TeamViewer. - Visit the Clinic
Talk to a technician in store and leave your device with us for a technician to examine in the clinic OR
talk to a technician via chat or phone and we can collect your device for a technician to examine in the clinic. - Callout
Talk to a technician via chat or phone and we can send a technician out to you to examine your device.
Depending on the findings of a device examination via remote support or callout, a remote repair may not be possible and the device may need to come into the clinic for repair.
